Boats in Dana Point Harbor

The boats reflections in the still water mirrored the tranquil harbor scene at Dana Point. I was lucky to capture a strolling juvenile heron before it took off from the dock. Ropes, peeling paint, rusted iron and a random barrel all enhanced the character of the docked boats. Received 2nd Place Award in the "2011 Spring Exhibition" at Gallery 800.
