Lily Pond at the Huntington Gardens
The lily pond at the Huntington Gardens is a sumptuous landscape of greenery and water. It is home to large and small turtles, koi fish and sometimes a blue heron. The spring provided a wonderful opportunity to paint on the grounds and enjoy the tranquility of the still waters. I tried to channel Monet for this painting.
