When I first began my artistic journey, I was searching for a group where I could share and learn. I stumbled upon the San Fernando Valley Art Club. Two years later as the clubs Vice President, I have enjoyed being a part of this friendly, eclectic and talented group.

      This week the SFVAC will be opening Viva L'Art at Viva Gallery, 13261 Moorpark Street in Sherman Oaks, CA. Two of my paintings where juried into the show with my recent plein air piece, "Autumn Path" receiving the Canson Merchant Award. David Gallup, who judged the event, will be at the reception on Sunday, November 29 from 4-6 PM.

      I will be there too with many of the wonderful artists who contributed their time and talent to the show. A good time will be had by all with a surprise presentation. See you there.
